Accepting to go through that portal will allow her to use your extraversal mana, to finally heal herself and create hell (and I dont mean the Lilim "hell" where men there are raped into becoming good, but real hell) in MGE afterlife so she can send and torture all monster souls, husbands and people she dislikes there. You, your waifu and daughters will be exempt from hell however. All the while whispering to your ear how happy you will be with your waifu. She even, if you wish, offers herself in marriage to you.
