Pretty much this. This is why I say that, no matter how strong a power is, if you have no experience in using it, you're worthless. This is why I rank Extra stage bosses like this:

>Futatsuiwa

>Mokou
>Suwako
>Flandre
No matter how much you wank over Flan's power (even though she IS really strong), she is the weakest of the extra stage bosses. She has very little experience, and other youkai are keen on not letting her get that experience.
