I don't see why you would be ashamed of not liking Miku. Unless Vocaloid is the exact opposite of the rest of the music community in which people are shamed for liking the most mainstream stuff instead of niche "superior quality" stuff.

Not really old songs, but songs that are part of the "Miku" (and Cryptonloids) franchise like project diva, miku expo, magical mirai, snow miku... Even if they may say that Miku is not their favorite vocaloid because of some few really popular songs and some technical aspects or taste, she probably sings on most of their all time favorite songs just because of the higher exposure to her content.
