Rushia showed up out of nowhere to give Pekora a trident because she thought Pekora was looking for one earlier(She was actually looking for threads).
So Rushia drops it, says that with this she hopes she'll never fire her, and just logs out before Pekora can respond. Pekora named it after Rushia and will treasure it forever.
In short, Rushia is a cutie.

God damn Rushia is very cute when she fawns over Pekora, in fact she is very good with Pekora in general. If we got the same amount of exposure of PekoRushia as Miko and Marine got then I don't doubt that she'd compete with them in terms of synergy.
