So I did Hotpower's HOCS (Hotpowers Online Custom Service) a while back for their Masochistic Arune Sad Love. I got it in their +2 firmness.

Their ordering process is kinda simple. After you put in the appropriate information for the shipping address, you choose EMS shipping and online credit.

For HOCS They'll send you an email for the price of the item. It looks like pic related. You click the link in the email and then pay via credit card.
Then after they get the item made, they'll send you a second email similar to the first one, but now you pay the shipping cost. In total, my order came to around 4930 yen. So expect to pay around the same price in shipping as you would the product.

EMS shipped quick and got to me quickly. I believe the rest of the journey is handled by your country mail. So since I live in the US, USPS handled the rest of the way. So the order got processed on December 7th, and got to me December 11th. So four days.
