We already confirmed she knows Rika is dead because she stopped K1 from finding the body, she has the keys, and access to it that no one else does and a motive. She says in the manga that's she worried about K1 than Rika and tries to stop him from seeing her than later we get the ladder scene where she calls her the ringleader. It's pretty obvious why she would kill Rika if she saw K1 going into Bern mode and basically come off as threating him while she was in L3 or L5. Not to mention she has scratch marks on her when she's found dead with Satoko. I don't know why you're so dismissive that there's literally no foreshadowing anywhere for their to be a 2nd culprit
