It's a good game but it's NOT for everyone because it gets really damn difficult.
Reposting this image because it's good enough visual intro.
It's a Korean indie notSCP management game with a pretty creative lore (probably the most creative and varied cyberpunk setting I've seen, but that isn't shown off too much until the sequel).
The gameplay loop consists of randomly picking the notSCP called "abnormality" and sending your agents to work on it to learn about it, get gear and get energy from it. This entire energy deal is shady and janky but it works and it's efficient.
The main point of the game is the discovery: you discover how to work on new abnormalities, you discover how to deal with difficult situations, you discover what's more efficient and, most importantly, you discover the story.
First 20 days are pretty quick to get through and are considered the "tutorial stage" (but you should really read the in-game manual, too) and then the shit starts going down and difficulty ramps up.
You get to do some cool, difficult boss battles (Ina did ultimates in FFXIV so I'm sure she knows the high of completing a difficult fight) and some other meta mechanics get more involved.
I do not want to go into spoilers but the story is really damn good and it's what made the game so famous. Once you start figuring out what's really happening, it really draws you in and the ending really makes up for all the sacrifices and suffering you had to go through. The only other game which ending felt as cathartic as LC to me was Pathologic 2.
