Same guy who drew Shi'issen Hiun, here. I kind of lazied this drawing, though. No feet, no hands, circle face derpa herp.

Kuroba Awayo (口ロば・あわよ)
Awayo brings good luck to those who do kind deeds and karma to those who misdeed.
Her obligatory hat is a beret shaped like a four-leaf clover. Her dress is basically a flat piece of cloth with holes to tie the sides together. She has a cat necklace and a tambourine.
Awayo flies throughout Gensokyo, but lives near the western human village. Although she embodies the phrase "What goes around comes around", she's fairly naive, so sometimes she will give unjust fortunes. Extraordinarily innocent, she would never rig a contest or give someone bad karma out of spite or something of the sort, and always believes that her choices are right, no matter what it is.
