To give a serious answer:
In the real world aging is a process that weakens the body in numerous ways. But in fictional settings it doesn't work like that. Men have just as much potential to be strong in their senectitude as they were in their "prime".
Dying of old age is of some concern, but people die suddenly and for any number of reasons, usually well before that becomes an issue.

This leaves the only factor the power imbalance that is derived from the difference in accumulated life experiences between the older and younger party.
However, for a person to have an interesting enough life that they have fiction written about them, they will necessarily have more life experience than a typical person would, or will gain it at a much faster rate. A person who is fighting for their life on a daily basis is responsible enough to make their own romantic decisions, regardless of whatever their actual age may be.
Therefore, so long as the relationship is carried out in an gentle, caring, patient manner, which respects the needs and responsibilities of all parties involved, in purely ethical terms, there is nothing wrong with pursuing a relationship with a large or even very large age gap (again, in the context of imaginary people in a fictional setting).

To give a not serious answer:
No. Girls who are blindly in love with an older man are sweet and pure angels.
Girls who are embarrassed about being in love with an older man are adorable princesses.
Girls who enjoy teasing older men are erotic little succubi.
Girls who are all three are perfect.
Also, Haruka is super duper ultra cute and we are in love and you are a bigot if you disagree.
The fact that I achieved this state by bribing her with food is irrelevant.
