I was thinking of making a Kancolle 3D fighting game in Virtual-ON style. I saw the nico videos where people made demos of games (can someone post the webms or links?). I want to ask if there are actually any working Kancolle games and if there would be interest in one like this?
Does anyone know where I could find the Kadokawa's policy about using their characters? I know you can use them royalty free but don't know if it's OK to use them for another game.
