To people with problems:
Use a good player (read: not VLC) like zoomplayer or Media Player Classic. You can get both of them with the CCCP.

And download CoreAVC to use as video codec (and disable h264 in ffdshow to use CoreAVC).

I just cap them fullscreen. Easier than take them from source and resize them.

I had a 1.6 Ghz P4 and I couldn't handle animu encoded in h264. Sorry mate, you need more processing power. And that mp4 file is likely to be h264 too.
