You've completely understood the argument, yet rightly reject the consequences: basically, given an infinite time, almost any configuration of material will arise an infinite number of times. Which is why during this infinite span of time, there'll be an infinite amount of disembodied penises, consciousnesses with a completely inconsistent and alien set of ideas and memories, and also copies of you. This means that most iterations of you will be Boltzmann brains, which is clearly absurd.
The movement of the particles that would make up the brain is determined by physical laws, and are not random. It may just be that it's truly physically impossible to form anything that exhibits your consciousness without also forming you, your parents, their parents, and ultimately our real world. We're all connected - our fight against the absurd Boltzmann brains require it!
