I've always liked Lucky Star, and yet always hated the shit out of K-on.

If it follows the manga perfectly it's going to be a lot better than the first season. New hotness characters for Yukata and friends, everyone of the old gang goes to separate unis (besides Konata and Misao going to the same one), Patty is re-introduced (as in basically her old iteration was forgotten) and now lives with Konata, among a bunch of other fun stuff.
