Are there any western loli artists? This is something that has been on my mind for a few years, but I never bothered to research or ask about it. I know of old painters, but I mean more contemporary artists (20th/21st centuries).

Also, please only name real artists (if there are any). They don't need to be on Takamichi or Range's caliber, but please, no deviantart amateurs.
