/jp/ - Otaku Culture

I'd like a VN set in a modern war (anything from WW1 to modern times works).
I'm aware we have a lot of SRPG VNs such as うたわれるもの or RANCE, but these take place in medieval settings. I'm also not looking for something like Muv-Luv either since it's futuristic. (I'm in fact not looking for any RPG elements whatsoever.)

Imagine playing the role of some officer who has cute soldiers on hide side. The VN would have various heroines you can go for, say at the very least 4 of them. Depending on your choices or the routes you go for, some of the heroines and side-heroines happen to die. One of the heroines could be a higher up, and as the story progresses, you raise in rank and get a better picture of the overall conflict and get a chance to impact it further.
A secret heorine could be an enemy: you get taken as a POW and end up joining the other side and betraying all of your comrades in the name of your newfound love.

I could keep on typing but surely you get the idea.
I think it has potential and just thinking about it gets me pretty excited to be honest. Thoughts?
