Do you sometimes feel that your identity has no continuity at all? On some days, convincing myself that the person I "was" yesterday was a completely different individual comes so easy. It's like i'm disintegrating, gradually being annihilated before my eyes, and there is nothing more exhilarating than it.

I used to think of killing myself a lot, but now I don't anymore, because it doesn't make sense to plan anything anyway, knowing that the person I will become tomorrow is no longer me, and will no longer care about me right now just as I right now no longer care for him.

I fear the day I will be proven wrong all along, even if only a possibility, and regret everything i've done while in those fugue states. It's my primary object of anxiety. I worry that i'm just deluded and conveniently escaping from my despair by taking some philosophical positions too seriously.

/jp/ I got an evaluation from a psychologist and he gave me Prozac 10mg and ativan .05 mg, i just had a panic attack about taking them.. Im really sacred of meds because of the side effects.. i was wondering if anybody had the same shit and could tell me what happened to them when they first took them..
