If you want something that's not available online, your only real option is to buy it. For instance; I wanted all of Horiuchi Yukino's stuff after checking one of her releases out randomly one day (thought she was super-cute despite not being much of a chakuero guy), so I went and bought every single DVD release from Yahoo Auction (at least I'm certain I've got them all). Cost me about $200 in total. I'd likely never have seen the ones that aren't already online otherwise.

Like the vast majority of things in life... if it's something you truly want, it's going to cost time, money or both.
