Go to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming and create the folder "FocasLens". Inside FocasLens, create the folder "幻想人形演舞" and inside that folder create a .txt and rename it to "gn_enbu.ini".

Open gn_enbu.ini in a text editor and write the two lines from the image, with D:\Games\Touhou Puppet Dance Performance replaced with the path were you installed the game.

Now run the update patch.

So your install path is stored in %AppData%\Roaming\FocasLens\幻想人形演舞\gn_enbu.ini, not in registry. If you make a gn_enbu.ini file with path to your game folder like pic related you can path the game without installing.
