He pretty much never edits old profiles unless he redoes them entirely (like with the gargoyle). Plus the baphomet profile is still accurate in terms of what the scholar was able to learn at that time and how it applied to the baphomet he interviewed.

Plus the Wandering Scholar is currently missing deep in the abyss. Updating MGE volume 1 is the least of his worries. He probably hasn't even read Runya's book or know that she went ahead and wrote it without him (the initial plan they had was to write it together).
