Kidou has burst damage to disable DDhime opening torpedo thaat suijou doesnt have. You should realize how shitty suijou shelling damage is when you are chipping the HP bar, dealing scratch damage to anything that has more than 150armor. Without fastsuck, you are really looking at 4deadweight BB that does nothing unless they do a crit.
Suijou works wonder during chipping since your land based bombers and support would always wiped out at least half of them, not so when you are at last dance.
