What percentage of people in /jp/ actually know Japanese?

And by "know Japanese" I don't mean people who are capable of nit-picking a translation with a pair of dictionaries in each hand, which there's apparently no shortage of; I mean actually capable of listening to people speak in rapid conversational Japanese with full comprehension, or opening up an arbitrary Vocaloid music video on Nicovideo and parsing it on the first watch-through.
