There's no interpretation of Lambda's character where she doesn't know about Higurashi's events. Her whole deal is claiming she is the only one who can understand Bern and her past and Bern is the one who can understand her.

Right after that scene where she says she doesn't know the ending of the Higurashi game, you get her lashing out on Beatrice about how she plays with Bern around, but wants Beatrice to take her seriously.
