It is finally done. Pyonta-kun, Stalker and everyone else I once again apologize for the long wait. I just requested it right after uploading it. I hope everyone will enjoy it. In anycase, Reimu provides a key service to Gensokyo as the main enforcer of the peace, she helps maintain the balance and reminds Youkai on a day to day basis they aren't free to do whatever they like. Without Reimu around they may get ideas, think of the humans as weak and act up on their nature.

Youkai are monsters, Reimu is a monster hunter. They should be thankful that now the spell card system is in place they can cause trouble without getting into a lethal confrontation with the Red Menace.

I understand what you are staying, but from the start of the Windows era of Touhou, Reimu has more or less kept a similar style with different accessories, she's still instantly recognisable by her distinctive style but it's nice that it sort of evolves as it goes along.

I see much of the PC98 era as ZUN working out exactly how he wanted his protagonists to look.

PC-98 Reimu is more or less the same as Windows Reimu, she just flew on a turtle and looked different. Other then that she still solved problems by roaming around fighting likely suspects.

I know they're meant to be the same person, but I like to think of them as the line of Hakurei maidens.
