Fake cum doesn't bother me at all but of course it's a really nice bonus when it's real.
Same deal with practical effects in regular movies or when actors actually learn martial arts for a role. It's super cool and enhances the experience but its absence doesn't diminish the experience either for me personally.
I think this only applies because I treat JAV as cinema with all its spectacle and artistic licence rather than as a documentary depending on factual presentation.
