I have been losing weight by cutting everything I eat in half.

I cut a burger in half and save the rest for another day, I pour half a glass of milk/water/whatever, I grab a handful of raisins and cut them all in half - now that I think about it I guess I could just put half the raisins back. Anyway, eat smaller portions, fight those urges and believe in yourself!

This actually helped me understand the difference between は and が better.
