Consider the following.

Komi G+posted on 07/23/14 about crying because of AKBINGO and getting shaved ice from Takamina, whom she bonded with; that one episode aired on 09/30/14, so we could say there is at least a 2 month delay between AKBINGO production and airing time. The danso episode aired on 03/03/15, but Komi's also infamous interview with Yuria for Entame (where she declared that she decided to become a fisher woman) took place on 29/12/14, that is, only a bit over 2 months of difference; moreover, she started to fish noticeably harder and act conceited at Andare on 14/12/14, which means only 2 weeks before the interview. Now, Komi actually G+posted that she admired Milky way back on 20/04/2014, long before all this happened; but she didn't start effectively going for it full force until December of past year...

So, IF AND ONLY IF the Daso episode was effectively shot in early December (i.e. about 3 months before airing) and her part was scripted, it really could have been the detonator that suggested her simple brain the weak idea of becoming a so called femme fatale at all; otherwise, it's safe to say that it was her own doing all along. If you ask me what it is, I'd say Kiyoto's surprise and disgust about her doings seemed pretty legit to me.
