Anon. You're forgetting one, small, crucial detail. Ran borrows Yukari's gap powers. The same powers Yukari uses to zap the fertility blocker/enhancers out of his body when she's done with him. Who's to say Ran just didn't do the same with the nullifiers? The same Ran who doesn't need cyclical hormones to fantasize about having his children and who's happy he took the initiative. Even without enhancers—the likely permanent changes to his body's physiology to match that of a fertility god notwithstanding—Ran could easily get perginat from the raw love he just packed her full with.
Maybe Ranfag left that bit out because of character limits, maybe it was deliberate? Or he could've just forgotten. Who knows. It is ambiguous enough to give hope and leave it open for later (such as endings).
