Calling someone a "big fish" is an expression to refer to someone in charge and/or with considerable power. "Bigger fish" suggests someone with even more power. In this instance, Anon states Yamame is fortunate she didn't go after a target more powerful than herself, such as Momoyo whom Anon alludes to with his image.
Anon then parenthesizes "bug" to indicate it would be more accurate to call Momoyo a big bug than a big fish because she is based off a legendary centipede-like youkai. Here Anon is using the general term definition for bug, which often includes insects and some arthropods.
Then Anon further parenthesizes with "not actually a bug" in reference to how the scientific classification of "bug" is used for members of an order that does not include centipedes.
