The R-18G artwork of Kaito seems to fall broadly into two categories. The first is a half-naked or suggestively dressed Kaito covered in cuts, bruises and bandages, maybe wearing an eye patch. It's pretty tame stuff. The other is boys being gruesomely tortured by an visible attacker or torturing one another. I guess most of it is an edgy gay or fujoshi thing because the same artists draw boys kissing.
