The weather does not affect this game nearly so much as the random card drawing system does; not getting all those Alice system cards until the last minute of the final round, never getting Tenshi's system cards when there's weather you WANT to change, etc, all have a much higher impact on the game than the weather system. In fact, the weather system would be GREAT if you could really control when Tenshi's weather cards come out, as those who ignore that aspect of the system could be punished for it by those who stack their decks with those cards. As it is, though, it's just a total crapshoot whether you get to even use the cards you put in your deck

That, and the whole "invisible limit" thing are the only two things that annoy me about Hisoutensoku. Everything else, barring select few character and spellcard balance issues (*COUGHMEILINGSUCKSBUFFHERTASOFROCOUGHCOUGH*) is pretty good
