be careful to not overexert yourself if you dont know your endurance limits i would recommend aiming for 30 minutes and adjusting your intensity as needed. the best heart rate target for weight loss is generally around where you are sweating and breathing a bit heavily but not running out of breath

also focus on making quicker strides instead of longer ones to go faster it is better form and generally a better workout
