Nah, I don't think so. The manga doesn't need to make Eua's manipulation as subtle as the anime. I mean, sure, it was blatantly obvious even in the anime, but believe it or not, an incredible number of dumb-asses (including some right here) were seriously debating it.
Now the anime is over and everyone already knows that Eua is the big bad, even Ryukishi's gone ahead and said it on record, the manga can go ahead and make everything painfully obvious for the dumbest of audiences. Not that different from what Umineko manga did. Plus, it would be a hilarious display of hypocrisy if Ryukishi starts calling Meguri an official answer from him and not an individual interpretation. You know, since it has already been marketed as Tomato's own version of the story.
