This is all the canon we know about Yuuka:

So basically a powerful youkai, who doesn't really cause incidents but is more than willing to mess around when she's bored and is willing to take on opponents if they can actually provide her with a good fight. Humans pretty much have nothing to worry about her unless they mess with her flowers.
