No it isn't. What makes life worth living is what you enjoy. If you've convinced yourself you enjoy doing something so unsavory people have to be paid to do it, I feel sorry for you. You should not be wasting your finite and precious life on endeavors that will only improve other people's.

Maturity, literally speaking, is just a function of how long you've existed. It has nothing to do with whether you're right or wrong. A machine built to fail will fail for a hundred years, while an immature year-old equivalent may produce the desired result on its first operation cycle.
