Sure, she is said to lure humans to their death and eat them, but do we have any proof or is she just spinning lies like always?
And don't trust what Akyuu says in her writings, considering Yukari herself fucking edits them.

Yukari just wants to seem scarier than she actually is, probably for some sort of control. She's actually pretty nice and pure, she just wants to make herself seem intimidating and mysterious. And that's pretty fucking moe.
