For anyone who doesn't understand, here's what's upscaled and filters and what is not:

Not upscaled or filter, actually high resolution sprites (still downscaled from original because original is huge like this and maybe even bigger):
Shipgirl sprites and some newer fairies.

Upscaled and filtered: Old UI assets, equipment sprites and cards in the library, and some old fairies. My guess is they didn't have higher resoltuion versions ready for the update, and it is Block-1 after all so there's no reason to believe they don't get it at some point down the line.
