-Sales and Revenues of the webgame declining, Tanaka was forced to quit his management/leader position.

-C2 having troubles with HTML5 and seeking help.

-KDKW bought out/secure C2 Architecture and changed it to KDKW Architecture.

-KDKW want to make the Kancolle IP something big and would last for decades like Pokemon.

-KDKW would change KC Webgame business model and add more microtransactions to the game.
