This seems plausible. Look at the rest of her face as well. Raised eyebrows and the top of her eyes are curved up whereas a normal Ran has a stern frumpy expression. If you reference Yukari's face it's an exact match.

Personally I'd keep her, she's happy and you should give her lots of love and treat her no differently than your other softs. If I were cynical and examined from a collectors point of view, a V1 with a defect like that in that condition is worth more than typical scalper prices; so I guess you can cope with the cash you spent with that, though you were prepared to pay that when you bought her anyway.
