I think if there was a 10-year epilogue Tamamori might be the kind of partner to lean on Minakami and squeeze him, kiss him quickly when no one's looking, and smile only for him in private moments. But he'd never be one for PDA or typical lovey-dovey stuff.

It takes time and patience to overcome that type of self-conscious reaction. Minakami is the best one for the job but it would never fully transform Tamamori into 100% dere.

I miss him.

In the Q&A stuff they mention Kaoru can see ghosts. I was trying to point out the "magic" part of the novel is often real (Tamamori's connection to his grandma, etc) and exist in every route. Curiously, Tamamori also wonders if Kaoru is one of his illusions in his short story.
I have no idea how Japan can write so much casually bout parent/child incest, the whole thing is so fucked up.

I actually completely forgot about this thing, interesting. I thought Hanazawa resentment toward Minakami was interesting, but tragically underplayed in the novel. It's mentioned in the first route he asked him to traveled back in time and I assume with "I wasn't the one in his mind" he knew Tamamori loved Minakami. They are often in antagonistic positions, so I was hoping for more scenes between the two of them. The relationship between the 3 friends was great, but I wish they had gotten together more, though given the structure of the novel it would have been hard.

To be honest, Hanazawa character felt like it would work better in a fandisk what-if scenario were they can go crazy with the porn or something.

I never really cared much for the professor sadly. I "liked" his route because it added some interesting lore on Hashihime and covered the like 2 plot points that Kawase didn't point (Which were obvious anyway). It didn't ruin the story or anything, but it's literally just average to me.
