Okay, I just replayed the part in Tatarigoroshi, and the circumstances really are completely different from Minagoroshi's. Satoko's reaction in the classroom especially, but Mion's and Rena's are different as well (they get angry, destroy equipment and break down crying).
Since the tip concerning sexual abuse is unlocked right before this scene I think it's clear that Teppei's abuse differs between the two chapters.
