I have a question... if you call yourself NEETs then how do you pay for your bills or hobbies?

Do you ask your parents or family members for money and stuff?

I've got no money and I have to ask my brother and my parents for money every month because I'm unable to play my bills and I feel embarrased about it but it's difficult for me to leave the house and look for a job.
