One isn't really much of a spoiler, given that it's a fanservice scene: Girl falls naked on the protagonist, so she literally sits on his face. This is kinda a "transfer from real world to game world" thing, so why that happens is okay.
So they then talk and talk and she's like "btw., where are you? I hear your voice, but didn't see you all this time in this room?" She also never realized she is naked, even though she was naked before the transfer, looked around the room and whatnot.
So, how in the world did she never look down? How can she not realize that the voice is coming from under her? Also, fun fact: They aren't alone in that room. The other heroines are also there. Not a SINGLE comment is given by them, which is hella out of character as well. All for one shitty fan-service scene.

I hoped it was just stupid to show some random fan-service CG and he was forced to write dragged out scenes to accompany them. Showing them for 2 text-boxes would be a "waste", right? Well, this kind of thing happens in the story as well.
When shit starts to hit the fan and the issue with the mmog starts, the AI is sent there to deal with it. She's supposed to be able to think like humans and shows that several times. Basically she is almost like a human, which is kinda the point. And yet she doesn't find it strange that she spends literally half a year in that mmog sending her status report hourly (her time, mmog is 365 faster than the normal time), with nothing in the situation changing and not getting any message from the outside anymore.
It's fairly ridiculous. If you have even somewhat of a brain, you'd ask if everything is alright after 2 weeks of no progress and no message. That's roughly an hour real-time. That's WEIRD. Even the most positive person would get antsy after a month. 6 fucking months till she is like "I kinda wanna get a message? Hello? Plz?"? Sure is strong AI here. Also gotta love how the other heroines are still like "let's think first! I'm sure that'll give us a solution, because it's not like we didn't get any good idea for a WHOLE DAY already. Oh and it's just the AI there, so don't go there as well and risk your life plz!".. of course the almost 100 trapped people in heavy risk of losing their lives are not taken into account. They are forgotten. Juuust like the presence of the heroines during the first mentioned fan-service scene.

It can be such a mess. It really can be. I personally also found the one battle I saw so far horrible, but... whatever. The biggest flaw is really just that the author sacrifices way too much to get the story to go the way he wants to.
