I don't think I could ever imagine a shoggoth raising her voice or losing her calm demeanor. So I'd think it would be like when your mother is angry with you in public and tightly grabs your arm/digs her nails into your thigh while threateningly whispering that she's going to beat you when you two get home, but instead of just whispering she's speaking with hundreds of layered voices under her main one

Shoggoths are plenty amazing even without innate reality-bending powers or god-like status, being able to make facsimiles of pretty much any object from their body has so many possibilities. Besides, I'd wager that some individuals can learn very high tier spells if they put in the effort.
