It's actually quite common in tons of communities. What I don't understand is people doing it in a community whose entire western community could probably fit comfortably within a single hotel.

We can't afford to drive out newcomers. The fucking international IIDX group on facebook has 1,100 members. Half of which is inactive from many years ago.
