My tip to bread lovers would be to get an extra farm and use it for all the unknown seeds you pick up from quests/kumi statues. Bannou mugi (wheat), harvestable from September to February, can be made into a large amount of flour/noodles (and alcohol you can throw into your shop). Also the bread display furniture item acts as a storage only for bread, so you can hoard a ton of quality sandwiches.
