The second game is the exact same in terms of setting up, just open your ports or set up something like Hamachi. I won't be hosting it for a while because there's an expansion for it that's just never been uploaded online, so I've ordered that in the mail and I'm gonna share and host it once it arrives. But it could take literal months, so you're more than welcome to host yourself.
