Ok, but that is not what I am seeing on my end. How do you get to this point? Which one is the newly created data folder? And how do you replace it?

My folder with the actual game has no folder called "data", instead it has one called "savedata."

This is what I have before I do anything other than extract the rar files onto my desktop. If its not too much trouble just take me step by step through what I do next.
