This is my fleet before/after beating 2-4 along with the planes I had on my 2 carriers. I took the screenshot of the planes a few minutes before this attempt, which is why the carriers are each 1 level lower. Haruna had 46cm/41cm/15.5cm/12.7cm, with Kongo and Hieie having the same setup except 41cm instead of the 46.

As you can see I got through the boss without taking a ton of damage (Kitakami got hit hard in the night phase).
