Oh yeah she is, in fact she was the reason I couldn't get my UFO 1cc and got me grinding the game for months till I got it. Her non spells are worse than her spellcards (kinda similar to Youmu) then Stage 4 and 5 themselves are a pain, playing them on practice mode helped me a lot.
