I think jobber is the wrong term, but I just beat what's the game so far and it feels underwhelming especially after the despair sense of LB6. Lb6 also had the "in 24 hours, the planet is destroyed" urgency but the story was masterful writing, the Abyss Insect looked terrifying from a nightmare while ORT looks well, he is a bit funny animation wise. It was the bonds and trust build to Oberon what beat it (and Nasu confirms it) not any powerlevel thing. There's a growing build up with one of Nasu's best writing. LB7 is worse written than Camelot and Babylonia so far. It just doesn't feel like it gives ORT the best treatment in terms of writing no matter how upgraded he became. It's all in the execution.

>just systematically annihilates all your servants
See Guda doesn't have all his Servants. Even ORT battle has injured Nemo in the party. Guda literally lost the rights to be a Master and is slowly getting that back. So it's not as if there was a huge wave of Servants like Goetia or LB5. Olga can't do anything, but Olga's not even a Beast anymore. Picrel before even the Lumina Quetz scene.

If anything ORT is being used as the lesser evil to whatever is the final boss of part 2, because Daybit thinks is better to have this end than "allow everything to become hollow/void." This seems to imply not a single timeline thing. It's like he's cutting the infection before it spreads.
